And That’s a Wrap for 2025

Michelle Ritter, RE/MAX 4000

A Note from Michelle…

A Colorado winter without snow and with temperatures in the sixties sure made for an interesting holiday season, but I hope you were all able to gather with your loved ones and maybe even make new memories and traditions with the unusually warm weather. I saw many families out enjoying a golf game instead of hitting the slopes this year.

As stressful as this time of year can be, I think much of that comes from us wanting to get it just right and to honor family traditions and to be present. The bar is set high to create lifelong memories, and in this week between Christmas and New Year’s, we can exhale and relax and nod that all we did was indeed enough.

As another year wraps up, there is always the urge to start setting goals and to make new plans and resolutions, but the trend and advice from many professionals is that winter should be a time of rest and reflection. It is becoming more common to begin new goals in the spring. Whichever trend you follow, I hope you do take time to rest, reflect, and enter the new year filled with hope and gratitude. Wishing you all a blessed New Year.
